Help Kentuckians
Ban COVID-19 Vaccine Passports
and Vaccine Mandates!

Seven Days Left to Take Action
and Support Right to Refuse Bill HB28!

If you have friends and family in Kentucky please share this urgent alert with them.

Kentucky’s House Bill 28 would ban vaccine passports, allow parents to opt out of COVID-19 vaccine school mandates, and offer other protections against forced vaccination.

HB28 is now stuck in the Senate Health and Welfare Committee, and Chairman Ralph Alvarado has not given the bill a hearing. Please help convince Senator Alvarado and the Committee to hear this critical legislation!

HB28 was introduced January 4, 2022 with the sponsorship of Representative Maddox. It has passed the House State Government Committee with a substitute bill, and now it is awaiting hearing in the Kentucky Senate. There are only a few days left for the Senate to pass bills with time to overturn any Governor’s veto. And while Rep Maddox had to make some compromises on the bill’s language in order to pass through the House, it still offers strong health freedom protections. The current version would:

  • Ban government mandates and vaccine passports.

  • Prohibit public universities from requiring the disclosure of immunization status with regard to a COVID-19 shot.

  • Require K-12 schools to allow parents to opt-out of a mandatory COVID-19 vaccine on the basis of conscientious objection.

  • Disallow public entities from requiring the disclosure of immunization status with regard to COVID-19.
