Prepare for Action

With a wide variety of good, and bad, proposed new bills relating to health freedom being considered around the country, we all need to be ready to take action as key committee hearings are scheduled and your representatives decide how they will vote. It is urgent that they hear from their own constituents in large numbers who care deeply about protecting health freedom rights.

Throughout the various state sessions, NHFA will send out Action Alerts making it easy for you to let your elected officials know where you stand on key health freedom issues. Right to Refuse

Right to Refuse bills are those offering a wide variety of protection against mandated vaccines and other medical interventions. Between bills that have “rolled over” from last year, and bills filed for this year, there are now 189 Right to Refuse proposals pending around the USA that we are tracking in 23 states. We continue to update our collaborative Right to Refuse website, and you can always see what bills are pending in your state with the site’s interactive map.

Current and Pending Alerts

We also are tracking a variety of other health freedom related bills, both good and bad. For example, out in Washington state efforts are afoot to radically expand the definition of what a childhood “vaccine” is, and we have created action alerts asking folks in that state to take action to stop the two bills involved. Florida has a dangerous Naturopathic Licensing bill pending, and we are preparing an alert to help people in that state oppose this legislation.
