How We Protect Health Freedoms at Risk

NHFA creates and distributes “Action Alerts” that immediately inform the public and can be sent directly to lawmakers about health and wellness freedoms at stake and provide ways to take action. These alerts are designed to support or oppose state and federal bills.

• State activism is a major part of NHFA’s work. We provide resources to state and local activists, helping them navigate the political process, communicate with decision-makers, and make their voices heard.

• We arm advocates working to pass health freedom protection laws in their states with the information and guidance they need. From weekly conference calls with leaders to drafting bill language and strategizing talking points for legislators. We help state groups that want to pass laws that protect health freedom.

• NHFA supports its sister organization in hosting the U.S. Health Freedom Congress. Many state action and advocacy groups attend the Congress, strengthening the collective voice of the health freedom movement.
