NHFC and NHFA would like to share the good news that Two Rivers, Wisconsin will protect its citizens in their health choices.  It voted to take fluoride out of its drinking water as of October 31st.

Councilman Adam Wachowski was one of the majority of council persons voting for the resolution. Wachowski remarked: “We can provide toothpaste and tablets that we can use as an alternative; we can do that at no cost for those people who don’t have access to fluoride who want fluoride. People who don’t want fluoride: you can’t take it out of the water unless you spend a lot of money to get reverse osmosis, which we already know there are a lot of poor people in the City of Two Rivers. And even if you are not poor, why should you have to pay for it?”
