A Day in the Life of a Health and Health Freedom Seeker

The Freedom to Avoid Toxins

As we encounter our everyday choices, we always want and presumed to be free to make important health decisions. That includes in today’s world, the freedom to avoid toxins.

When we turn on the tap water for cooking or drinking, a question is posed. Are we aware of what is in the public water supply? Is it fluoridated water? Exercising health freedom then involves whether to avoid or to drink fluoride. Some might choose an alternative source – spring water or filtered – if they know about the hazards of accumulated fluoride exposure. Or they may forgo that effort. In every instance, our freedom is precious to direct our own health.

As our day progresses, we prepare a meal or go out for a meal. We are faced with choices: is our food organic and natural, free of insecticides, chemicals and genetic modification, or will it be conventional food with potential unhealthy consequences? Our health freedom gives us the opportunity to make the choice we want.

If we have dental mercury amalgam teeth fillings, will mercury be released into our mouths when we chew our food at an elevated level, making our food laced with mercury even if we thought our meal was pure and organic. So, the choice of dental fillings, and the choice of a dentist (“biological” or conventional) may affect our everyday exposure to something as toxic as mercury.

Since there is information that there is a synergy between toxic exposures: aluminum makes mercury exposure worse, fluoride enhances the uptake of aluminum into the brain, and vaccines have often contained aluminum-based adjuvants to assure that the body will have an immune reaction, some may avoid aluminum in foods, medicines, cosmetics, and anti-antiperspirants.

Sometimes Freedom Isn’t Easy To Activate In The Public Sector

For many, the work of the day takes us to an office or perhaps a classroom. These days, that most often means that those hours are spent under Wi-Fi, the unfortunate default choice for an internet connection. Where is a worker or a student’s choice in all of that? There is information available that informs that incessant microwave radiation exposure lowers cellular energy, impairs learning and performance, and is a drain on health and happiness.

But Wi-Fi as well as cordless phones and cell phones are the predominant choices for such communications. Some people seek to question all of that and ask: who has the authority to decide that virtually everyone, adult and child, needs to be microwaved every day? And they work to take steps to make Wi-Fi free spaces. But the public media and corporate product giants support wireless radiation, joining in with the wireless industry and the federal agency, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), keeping us sunk into the morass of wireless radiation that is so hard to escape.

For those who spend time out of doors and who have farms, gardens, or public gathering spaces, exercising health freedom becomes even more complex. For example, the issue of geoengineering, aerosol spraying of the skies. It is such an overwhelming thought that there may be poisons in the sky. Some people shrug and say that they must not be spraying the skies because even the most zealous weather reporter does not disclose it and most environmental watchdogs and the federal EPA don’t mention it,

pretending to be ignorant of the whole issue. There is information that the spraying of aluminum compounds and other metal compounds make the stratosphere ionized so that it can be more readily manipulated by EMFs so as to control weather. If a person does their own research and discovers a threat to their health, they are not happy with being trapped under toxic-sprayed skies, and since it is not a choice to stop breathing it can be deeply anxiety producing. So, a day in the life of a health freedom activist may force a person to find creative personal work-arounds, as there are no places in the US that are free and unaffected by these seemingly nefarious high-level programs unfolding in the sky.

Coercing Citizens Into Injections Presents a Freedom Challenge

Vaccinations are not encountered every day, but they are commonly promoted as a necessity for “public health”. But making a decision that one understands may be detrimental to one’s health goes against a person’s health freedom and the responsibility of each person to maintain their health. Maintaining our freedom to act on our own behalf is paramount.

And many see that our personal bodily autonomy enhances the concept that healthy people make communities of healthy individuals. In addition, as more information comes forward people are learning about some of the harmful effects of vaccines – auto immune disorders, disrupted immune and neurological systems and in the case of mRNA delivered shots, cardiovascular effects even in young athletes. The Amish community does not do vaccination, and their incidence of autism and other childhood health disorder is essentially zero. Maybe they are the experts we should be learning from. Many people shrug and line up for whatever the government spokesmen tell them to do, and there is a never-ending litany of shots for both young and old that are media -recommended with assurances of safety and necessity. Some people will do their own research, draw their own conclusion and – we hope – make their own decision, not caving in to advertisements, brow beating, shaming or even mandating that has become so commonplace in our times.

A Movement to Protect Our Health Freedom So We Can Arrive At The Health We So Desire

The attacks on both health and health freedom raise a challenge to all of us who can take the time to think about it. How are we going to remain healthy and how are we going to remain free despite the many obstacles? Let us join together to help each other do that. We should all encourage each other to question authorities who would try to force us into medications, treatments and exposures that we do not feel right about. Every time we resist a heavy-handed coercion or mandate or imposition that we do not believe is our best interest, and do not comply, we score a victory not only for our own health but also for the larger question of freedom. People who are somewhat allied on the health and freedom issues should set aside differences and work together in a movement that will grow and be hard to stop. So, we say, let us unite behind the freedom principles. With more and more people standing together for health freedom, we can best assure not only our health but also the freedom we want to pass down for our country’s future.

National Health Freedom Action helps state groups that want to pass laws that protect health freedom. NHFA’s team of attorneys and advocates work with citizen groups, small and large, to provide the training, support, and tools, to help them succeed in their wish to protect health freedom.

If you have a committed group of individuals wanting to change the laws in your state, please reach out to us via email at info.nhfa@nationalhealthfreedom.org to set up an exploratory conversation. We would be happy to help in any we can. That is why we are here!
