In the Senate confirmation hearings for Robert F Kennedy Jr. and for others picked by him for a federal health agency position, a key question was, “Do vaccines cause autism?” The only answer that was acceptable to those senators was, “Vaccines do not cause autism.” Any nominee who left a shadow of a doubt was lectured about how vaccines are safe and effective and that it has been scientifically proven that vaccines do not cause autism or, for that matter, Alzheimer’s disease or any other chronic ailment. The favorite line of federal research has been that autism is caused by genetic factors, as are Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and all the other chronic disorders of our time that are occurring at higher and higher incidence; of course, purely genetic factors cannot explain the rapid growth. The controversy over whether it is settled science that vaccines don’t cause autism is just one area where the media, agencies like the CDC, and official “experts” have insisted that the scientific evidence is clear and should not be debated, while independent experts and their published science say otherwise.

As a likely cause of autism, vaccinations deserve scrutiny

Generally, children are not born with autism, and they often develop normally until a fateful well-baby checkup and they receive a load of vaccines. Then they regress, losing the speech and behavior patterns that they had already achieved. Isn’t that a clue? In Amish communities, where vaccination is shunned, autism does not occur at all in those who successfully avoid the shots. Autism was non-existent in earlier times and it first appeared about a century ago after the introduction of mercury in vaccines and mercury in other exposures. Somali immigrants to America will tell you that, back in Africa, autism was unknown. Once they came to America, autism began to occur in their communities.

Kennedy himself authored a book in 2023 called Vaxxed-Unvaxxed along with Brian Hooker, PhD, that examined a wide range of vaccines, showing the abundance of evidence that they cause adverse effects. The well-referenced book showed that the shots, ranging from the MMR to polio to flu shots containing thimerosal (a mercury compound), as well as covid shots, are all capable of causing serious adverse side effects. These authors were darkly accused of being “anti-vaxxers” and hence enemies of science and threats to public health. Such other top researchers of vaccine safety as Dr Sherri Tenpenny, DO, and Dr Suzanne Humphries, MD, have similarly been labeled by big media as being anti-science and enemies of public health. But, as critics, their evidence is persuasive.

What the top expert researcher on aluminum found

Christopher Exley, PhD, is arguably the world’s top researcher on aluminum. Exley finds that aluminum is a major culprit in the continuing increase of Alzheimer’s disease, autism and other neurological disorders. Exley describes what we are living in as “the age of aluminum,” with aluminum found in beverage containers, cigarette smoke, foil, antiperspirants, cosmetics, antacids, sunscreens, chemtrails, and, perhaps most strangely, the injection of aluminum into the human body when it is used as an adjuvant in vaccines.  Exley and his team at Keele University in England did path-breaking research showing how aluminum migrates from where it is deposited at a vaccine injection site to its entry into the brain where it has toxic impacts.

What a top expert on mercury found

The use of mercury in dental fillings and in vaccines, as thimerosal, has been roundly criticized by virtually all independent scientists and, in their expert view, all unnecessary exposures to mercury should be avoided. If you were to ask who a top mercury scientific researcher of our time is, most would mention Boyd Haley, PhD, who was a long-time professor of chemistry and a department chair at the University of Kentucky. Haley has been an outspoken critic of mercury in dental fillings and mercury in vaccines, and he has done numerous experiments showing how dental mercury “amalgam” fillings are like a mercury-delivery system, giving the patient a significant and unhealthy dose of mercury that can harm the brain, the kidneys, the thyroid and other endocrine glands, the heart, and the unborn fetus. His research shows that such mercury exposures would exacerbate, if not actually cause, all the symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease; it is able to cause neurofibrillary tangles, one of the hallmarks of Alzheimer’s disease. The medical/dental/public health establishment is very afraid of Boyd Haley because he is scientifically brilliant and unafraid to speak out.

What one of the greatest fluoride researchers of all time found

Chris Exley, who is often called “Mr Aluminum” because of his expertise, has a strong disdain for water fluoridation and it is not only because of its coercive nature but also because fluoride present in the gut increases the uptake of aluminum into the body. For him, that helps explain the neurotoxic effects of fluoride, an effect seen in many scientific studies.

But let’s honor the pioneering work of Phyllis Mullenix PhD in the 1990s who first established the neurotoxicity of fluoride. It harms brains and behavior! Early in that decade, this eminent toxicologist did an elaborate study investigating the effects of low dose sodium fluoride in the drinking water of rats. Her multi-year project was massively funded by the dental research division of the National Institutes of Health. She initially wasn’t expecting to find much of an impact from low-dose fluoride on the brains and behavior of the rats but, to her amazement, her data showed harm. The fluoride-exposed rats were adversely affected in a way that depended on the timing of the exposure (gestation, adolescence) and the gender of the rats. Mullenix’s findings were revolutionary in the world of fluoride research and marked a sea change in the science: fluoride is not just harmful to thyroid function, kidneys, bones and connective tissue. It is also a neurotoxin! What a great thing to dump into the drinking water! Her published work served as a trigger for the studies that followed, which confirmed the connection and led to the monumental lawsuit of non-profits against the US EPA with the trial court ultimately finding that water fluoridation poses an unreasonable risk to the brains of children in America.

Other major toxins not well regulated, while evidence is often ignored

The PFAS chemicals are other forms of fluorine, and they are also neurotoxic as well as immune disruptors. Similarly, microplastics do not break down easily and they also embed in the heart, the lungs and the brain. Glyphosate, an active ingredient in Roundup and in many other insecticides, disturbs the human microbiome, the world of micro-organisms that live in the gut. Research shows that toxic disturbances in the gut strongly impact the brain, as gut and brain are closely connected. Stephanie Seneff, PhD, another heroine of our time, has written an important book, Toxic Legacy, that spells out the hazards of glyphosate which is pervasive in the diets of many Americans.

How the funding for Boyd Haley’s research on mercury was halted

After Boyd Haley started speaking out and publishing his research findings on mercury, his funding for further research was yanked by the NIH and he never got a dime again for research. He continued to write and speak out anyway. In approximately 2008, Haley came up with a remarkable invention: a new mercury and heavy metal chelator which he called OSR; it is widely seen as being far more effective and safer than any other chelator available. It was widely praised on the internet by thousands of people who reported benefiting from its use. But the FDA, perhaps prodded by big pharma, pushed it off the market, saying that anything that good had to be sold as a drug and had to go through its drug approval process. So, reluctantly, Haley took it off the market and submitted it to its drug approval process-safety and efficacy. But guess what: in all the years since then, the FDA has kept it bottled up in a never-ending approval process and as of August 2026 it still has not been approved.

How the funding for Phyllis Mullenix’s research was cut off

The funding for Phyllis Mullenix’s research came to a screeching halt after the results were seen and headed for publication. When she ignored orders from funding sources to not publish, she did so anyway and her NIH funding was cut off. She was fired from her job at Forsyth Research Center for following through with her dramatic findings which were published in a prestigious journal. And before she could get her multi-million study equipment out of the lab at Forsyth, it suspiciously “rained” from the ceiling, and the water wrecked her expensive electronic equipment.

Chris Exley’s University blocked further funding for his aluminum research

What about Christopher Exley, PhD, the world-renowned aluminum researcher at Keele University? A few years ago, Keele came under intense pressure to get rid of Exley, or else! So, Keele knuckled under and tried to get Exley fired for personal allegations, but that didn’t work—the allegations didn’t hold up. So, finally, the University switched to another tactic and stopped allowing any research funding to get to Exley and his team. That tactic worked, as Exley resigned as professor saying that the research work had always been central to his being a professor there.

The scientific truth is hard to find when big media distorts it

Research suppression, such as we can see in these examples, shows that, despite all the rhetoric about wanting to “follow the science,” behind the scenes important science facts are not really welcomed and are often suppressed and hidden from public view. Hidden agendas lies and cover-ups are commonplace in a world where public health agencies have often formed an unholy alliance with big pharma and big medical and dental associations. Clearly, some of the finest scientific leaders have paid a steep price for simply telling the world what their scientific findings really are. All too often, big media plays a part in the distortions and cover-ups, too, with high-integrity journalists being pushed out of their jobs if they do not go along. What’s left for most people to hear is often biased and misleading. Such distortions can undermine our health and play into the erosion of our health freedoms.

But let’s be thankful for the independent scientists and the journalists who have kept their integrity and continue to speak the truth. They promote our health and health freedom.
